EmailsVerify is a free email-list verification tool. This policy explains what we do — and don't do — with the data you submit.

The lists you upload

When you paste addresses or upload a file, that data is processed only to perform the verification you requested. We do not sell, rent, share or reuse your lists for any other purpose, and we never use them to send email.

Automatic deletion

Uploaded files are deleted immediately after they are read. Verification results are stored only temporarily so you can download them, and are automatically and permanently deleted within a few hours. We do not keep your email addresses.

Analytics we keep

To improve the service we store aggregate, non-personal statistics about scans — for example list size, how long a scan took, and the distribution of result statuses. These aggregates never contain individual email addresses.

Cookies

We use functional browser storage needed for the app to work, such as remembering your language. With your consent, we also use Yandex.Metrica analytics cookies to understand how the site is used — you can decline these in the cookie banner, and the tool works either way. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Your responsibility

You may only submit email lists that you are authorised to process and that you have a lawful basis to verify. You are the data controller for those addresses; EmailsVerify acts only as a processor performing the verification you request.
